What to Expect
New Patient Experience (Adults)
New patients can enjoy convenient parking in our building’s attached three-level parking structure. Our office is easy to find on First Avenue (cross street: Duarte Road), right next to Mo-Mo-Paradise restaurant and directly across from the Valero gas station.
During your first visit, one of our Registered Dental Assistants will take a full-mouth series of digital X-rays. You will then receive a comprehensive exam of your teeth, gums, mouth, and jaw, including a non-invasive head & neck cancer screening. Afterward, Dr. Lee will review his findings, explain any recommendations, and work with you to create a plan that supports your smile goals. We value integrity above all else, so we aim to provide candid treatment recommendations and empower you with information and guidance on how to best care for your pearly whites!
Finally, you’ll meet with our friendly Treatment Planner, who will review your personalized treatment plan, help you maximize any available insurance or FSA/HSA benefits, and assist with scheduling future visits. We’ll prioritize and phase treatment in a way that fits both your needs and your budget.

Whether you’re coming in for a routine checkup, addressing a specific concern, or exploring ways to enhance your smile, our goal is to meet you where you are on your dental journey. We’re here to provide candid guidance and empower you with greater health, wellness, and confidence every step of the way. Transparency, honesty, and kindness are values we hold closely, and you can feel confident knowing you’re in great hands with our caring team.

How to Prepare
To help make your first visit smooth and efficient, we kindly ask that all new patient paperwork—including your medical history—be completed before your appointment. Certain medical conditions and medications can affect dental treatment, so having this information in advance allows us to provide safe, personalized care tailored to your needs.Yo u will be given the opportunity to provide your dental insurance card. This gives our team time to verify your insurance benefits so we can provide a more accurate estimate of any recommended treatment. If you are transferring to us from another dental home, we would truly appreciate it if you could request your most recent x-rays (Full Mouth series, Check-up X-rays) from your previous office and email them to us at email: info@imprintfamilydentistry.com, prior to your visit
